I wish I had more money, time and I could have achieved more! As we head into the final months of the year it's like the last gasp to finish so we can have a break and start over in the New Year. Often we talk about setting goals for the New Year and think about changing, but more often than not, it stays as something we should do but don't get around to doing. For the small group that do set goals, even fewer achieve their outcomes and even less reap the rewards. Given the benefits of setting goals are accepted and understood what is it that stops people from having the life that they desire? Perhaps a simple process that guarantees outcomes would make goal setting a more achievable process!
What if it was easy to set goals and have what we want? Could it be that simple? Well, if it was that easy you could assume there was some sort of trick attached and just not bother!
Over the past 50 years, there has been a great deal of research into how people get results utilising fields such as psychology, sociology and behavioural science. As the mind body connection became revealed, so the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) came into being. NLP was developed by John Grinder and Richard Bandler and is based on the works of Virginia Satir, Fritz Perls and Dr Milton Erickson.
One of the greatest tools to come out of the NLP phenomenon has been the advent of Time Line Therapy® invented by Dr Tad James in the 1980's. This set of techniques has allowed people to change their lives for the better and create compelling futures. A goal can now be designed and inserted into our future to deliver the outcomes we ask for in life. Setting goals with Time Line Therapy® is different from just setting a goal. It follows a clear design process, breaking it down into a set of easy steps that is completely successful! Well that's easy so why wait for the New Year! Start designing your new life now and enjoy the results of your goals.
A prerequisite for this to succeed is the successful removal of any obstacles that may prevent you from achieving your outcomes. When you remove your limiting decisions, limiting beliefs and negative emotions the process of achieving your goals becomes highly achievable.
A simply process, easily applied that delivers results, when do you want to start your new life!

Designing Your Future

Becoming aware of a need to change or realising things are not working or ouch I'm in pain and need help is the beginning of a journey. The next decision is often a minefield of choice, which therapist or model of therapy will provide me with the results I desire?
When I first started my personal journey 20 years ago I thought naively that a weekend seminar ought to do the job and resolve the issues I was facing, that turned out to be the start of a much longer journey. However my passion and natural inquisitiveness kept me looking and experiencing many different modalities of change. I always felt that there had to be a better, faster way to achieve change and finally I came across Time Line Therapy TM.
Time Line Therapy was invented in the 1980's by Dr Tad James and evolved out of the fertile field Neuro Linguistic Programming. This set of techniques includes Eliciting the Time Line, Discovering the Root Cause of a problem, Deleting Negative Emotions (such as Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt and Guilt), Removing a Limiting Decision, Changing the Direction/Location of the Time Line and Creating a New Future.
The distinction with Time Line Therapy TM is it provides fast change without the need to rehash the context. This is a brief process with provides complete success. Instead of spending months or years in therapy you can have results in a very short space of time, we are talking hours here. The techniques will remove any barriers to moving forwards and can also design a desired future in any area of life.
