Modelling exceptional performance and then being able to duplicate this is what NLP in essence delivers.
The tools that were originally assembled from modelling success in this way became the tools that make up the core NLP processes.
However NLP is continually evolving as success in different fields has been modelled and the strategies involved duplicated and installed in others so that anyone can achieve similar results if they so choose. Originally theses skills were transferred to the fields of counselling, motivation and coaching. Today you can see this in many different fields and probably most notably in the fields of training, sales, sports coaching, wealth coaching and management.
The next step in the process is to understand that everyone has the ability to change and have the life they really want. It is easy to change our current responses and actions, it's simply a matter of choice, and having the tools to implement that change, this is what NLP excels at.
How does this all work I hear you ask?
Well essentially we have a range of external stimuli (visual, audio/sound, touch/kinaesthetic, taste, smell and internal in terms of our self talk) which go through a series of internal filters, this is then stored as an internal representation which is linked to a state (our feeling) which impacts our physiology and is experienced externally by the rest of the world as our behaviour.
So if I want to change my behaviour I simply have to discover the current linkages in the process and change that process thus delivering different and more resourceful outcomes.

Link between genes and depression debunked!

Link between genes and depression debunked! Basically there has been a full study conducted by researchers from the U.S. National Institute of Mental Health and published in the Journal of The American Association. This work reviewed the work of some 14 studies including 14,250 people, 1,769 of whom had suffered from clinical depression.

The key finding failed to discover any link between the so called variant genes responsible for serotonin transportation. The neurotransmitter serotonin is believed to play a major role in depression, which is linked to various anti depressant drugs that act as serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

A suggestion from the Keith A. Young of Texas A&M Health Science Centre indicated that rather than the biological issues the more important factor was how the brain is wired to respond to environmental factors.

Of course the linkage fits very comfortably with NLP thinking, explained as external stimuli passing through our internal filters creates an internal representation that creates behaviour. We can very quickly clear the historic wiring to alleviate the negative impact of a specific state so that a client can achieve their desired outcome.

Hypnosis Training

What is Hypnosis Training? Most people are aware of hypnosis either through various programs marketed to help improve various aspects of our lives such as weight loss, quit smoking or maybe through the hype of Hollywood and the television programs showing people on stage appearing to behave in various induced ways such as walking like a chicken. In fact Hypnosis is something we do everyday without necessarily being aware of it, a state of trance can happen at any time, usually in those moments when our conscious mind slips out of full focus, it may be happening right now or just as soon as you turn on the television, or just as you day dream, these are all natural states of trance. Hypnosis is a fun easy to use skill that alows us to talk more directly with the unconscious mind. In therapy this is a great tool because we can by pass the conscious (although you are consciously aware of everything) and assist a client to achieve the desired changes they are after. Introductory Hypnosis courses usually offer a history of the field development and introduction to a number of different styles utlised to induce trance.

NLP Courses & Training

NLP Courses There are various debates in the NLP community regarding the merits of a 7 day training compared to a longer time frame such as 2 weeks or 20 days. In reality they are all good and designed to deliver outcomes, namely a certification in NLP where the learner can competently utlise the techniques and knowledge introduced through the training process. The style and method of training may differ, however content is invariably similar in covering the basic techniques of NLP. For the person looking for suitable NLP Courses it is important to make sure you select the trainer and training that most suites your learning style, investment capability in terms of time and monetary cost and location. Another point to consider is size of class, at Insynch Performance we offer more intimate trainings with groups limited to 20.

NLP Techniques

What are NLP Techniques? In reality all of the techniques represent a tool bag with which to assist ourselves and others to change quickly. No longer do people seeking coaching or counselling need to spend months or years on working towards change, you can have the results you want within 1 or 2 sessions.

The best way to find out more is to attend a short introductory seminar/workshop that most providors offer. Insynch Performance usually offers these as 1 day seminars on a monthly basis.

Time Line Therapy

About Time Line Therapy™ When we think of simple solutions this really is it! Many healing and change processes seem to involve time and revisiting trauma. Fortunately thats not the case with Time Line Therapy® techniques. In minutes we can remove limiting decisions, limiting beliefs and negative emotions so and move forward with our lives with a clear sense of freedom from the past. What a relief it is to be able to drop the past and just move forward towards our goals, this is real freedom without the pain.
